Preoperative Phase

Stop smoking for at least two months: one before and one after surgery

Take no aspirin during the 10 days preceding the surgery

Postoperative Phase
Following the procedure, you need to be as cautious as you can and stick to your surgeon’s safeguards:

For 48 hours: No shower or wet the bandage

For a week: No driving

For a month, avoid physical activities, lifting heavy objects, and any physical contact with your breasts

For Two Months: Wear a supportive wireless bra 24 hours a day, avoid baths, swimming pools, and the exposure of scars to sunlight
Following the intervention, you can resume work within a few days and most of your activities within two months.
